DISTRIBUTOR QUESTIONAIRE

We have a strict Check List which we evaluate potential REBEL distributors against. In order for the evaluation to be speedily concluded, the list of criteria which we need from you is:

• Detailed Company Profile, to kindly include your annual turnover or expected
• Location of your business. As we do not want to over-saturate any graphical area
• Radius of your customer base (e.g. only within your region , national etc)
• What safety footwear are you currently selling?
• A brief summary of what you believe you can sell of our Rebel Products
• What percentage of your business is footwear sales?
• What market segment does your business focus on? (e.g. Mining, agricultural, construction etc.)

Please note the following is compulsory:

• An opening REBEL stock order is prerequisite
• Monthly purchases to be determined
• A range of REBEL products are to be kept.
• NB - Account is subject to Credit Guarantee approval
